Before you submit
Platform terms — Kavyar and Artells Media are independent submission and payment channels. Prices, deadlines, deliverables and refund rules may differ. Review the selected platform’s current terms before sending files or paying.
Restricted work — Do not use the general Artells form for work featuring anyone under 18 or containing nude or intimate imagery. Use only a dedicated Kavyar call that explicitly accepts the category and review its current age, consent and release requirements, or contact editor@artegomagazine.com before sending files. Never email identity documents.
Rights — Submit only work for which you hold the necessary copyrights, model releases and permissions. Material may be rejected or removed if age, consent or rights cannot be verified.
Paid services — Payment is not an editorial guarantee unless the selected external package explicitly says otherwise. Before payment, confirm the seller, service scope, timing, start of performance, cancellation and refund conditions.
