Choose a focused series with a clear visual idea. Follow the image count and file specifications shown in the active call.

Include accurate names, roles and social handles for the photographer, talent, styling, beauty and every contributor.

Make sure the copyright holder permits submission and that appropriate model releases and team permissions are in place.

03 · Before you send
Clear terms protect every creative.
Read the active platform terms before uploading files or paying. Kavyar and Artells Media are independent submission and payment channels.
Restricted or sensitive work
Do not use the general Artells form for work featuring anyone under 18 or containing nude or intimate imagery. Use only an eligible Kavyar call and review its current age, consent and release requirements, or contact the editor first. Never email identity documents.
Rights and consent
Submit only work for which you hold the necessary copyrights, model releases and permissions. Material may be rejected or removed if age, consent or rights cannot be verified.
Editorial selection
Every submission is reviewed in the order and under the criteria stated by the selected platform. Acceptance, placement and publication timing are not guaranteed.
Paid options
Payment does not guarantee editorial acceptance unless a listed package explicitly says otherwise. Confirm the seller, scope, timing, start of performance, cancellation and refund terms before paying.
